I  personally have felt no negative effects from the recession.  How is that? Because for a long time I have understood the importance of taking full responsibility for myself, my income and my finances.  And you know what?  When you depend on your own structures and not other peoples’ your life is infinitely more stable, predictable and FUN!

Another very important observation I have made is that in all 15 years I have been building, running, growing and selling businesses I HAVE NEVER SEEN such an abundance of clear tangible business opportunities. If you don’t agree it is because you are fear based and just not looking.  They are everywhere and intense. And on top of that the tools to set up a business are fast, cheap and easy…My 3 favorite business words!

Think about it. Paypal + wordpress + cafepress.com + ning.com = a business that can take credit cards, market, build a community and sell real products all put together TODAY for no Cost!

Amazing!

Now is the time to start or grow your business.  If you have excuses why you can’t right now I suggest to ignore those excuses and JUST START!

And you know what else?, my business has increased since late 2008! And I am pretty darned excited.  So I am running a Recession Special.

Take charge of your life. Invest in yourself NOT someone elses’ business or retirement, because if you work for someone else that is exactly what you are doing.  AND you are giving them ALL the control of your future and life.  I hope they at least tell you thank you from time to time!

I am NOT saying quit your job if you are lucky enough to have one.  What I am saying is take the control of your life back into your own hands.

You have seen what can happen when you give control of your life and future to other people.  Crashed 401k’s, repossessed houses, outrageous requirements for loans, layoffs, cutbacks, fear, fear, fear.

It is all stupid. Don’t play their game when they have all the assets and can change the rules whenever they want to.  Who would ever agree to play a game like that?  NO ONE WOULD!  So why are you?

Take charge – Get Help.  Warning: Do not take advice from anyone who has not done it.  That would be like me giving advice to coach of the San Francisco Giants.  I know the game and the rules but have never played professional baseball.  He would laugh at me and rightfully so.

So here is what I am doing. To celebrate this great time of opportunities and excitement I am now running a mentoring package for $97.00 per month.  At my normal hourly rate this program would cost $500.00+/month.  I am doing this to show you how easy it is to succeed.  But you have to commit and do SOMETHING.

Seriously think about the costs of just continuing to do what you are doing.   We are not immortal.  We do not have all the time in the world.  Every day passed is one less.
